Our terms and conditions are set out as follows:

Consent

Upon any purchase, you as the customer consent to the fact you are over the age of 21 in the UK at the time of purchase, you are a consenting adult and will only use a product under the competent supervision of another consenting adult. You also confirm you will never use any of the items when alone or not for how they are intended; and you are fully aware of the risks involved with any form play especially that of a respiratory nature.

For all non-UK customers you consent to being at least 3 years over the legal age of consent in your country of residence as well as the above.

Communication

Customers who need to enquire about their order must be the ones who do so. If you are buying for someone else, then you must be the one to liaise with us. If you wish to inform us that there has been a change of ownership in the equipment, please do in writing informing us the new owner (full name, contact details – providing they consent).

Purchases, shipping, refused items, customs charges etc.

Due to the very personal nature of our equipment we do not accept returns. Please be sure before you commit to the checkout process and complete your order. In some circumstances orders can be amended or cancelled upon request, providing the items have not already been made and prepared for dispatch. 

Customs charges are the customer’s responsibility not matter what. If the item is delivered to a buyer who is required to collect the item due to not being at the place of delivery, this will still be classed as received.

If an item is refused by the buyer in order to force return this will also be classed as received. If any item is returned to us, the buyer will be required to pay any charges for this and also those to have the item resent. If the buyer does not send the item with a secure method and the item becomes lost, this is the buyers responsibility and losses will not be compensated.

All items are packed in discrete packaging and contents described discreetly on the customs declaration. Do not ask us to commit unlawful activity such as give a false declaration of the items, value as well as not state ‘sale of goods’.

Orders are usually finalised for dispatch at a weekend, if you order on a Sunday evening, it is highly likely the order will be finalised by the following. In most cases the maximum time for dispatch in 2 weeks depending on the product(s), in some cases this could take longer up to 4 weeks. If you require an item within a very short timeframe then it is recommended you email us before you order to confirm if this is possible. PLEASE NOTE the ‘liquid lenses’ currently take between 3 to 4 weeks before dispatch.

If you have a problem, it is probably one that can easily be solved if explained. We are always available for advice and will assist where possible. If there is something we can’t advice on straight away, we will always endeavour to find out how for example, if you have an idea for custom which is extremely unique etc. and takes some time to figure out technically we may have to research accordingly before having the answer.

Buyers must not expect or request for us to falsely declare items being sent – this is fraud and will not be tolerated. If you expect this then do not place and order.

Returns and repairs

If you have a problem, it is probably one that can easily be solved if explained. We are always available for advice and will assist where possible. If there is something we can’t advice on straight away, we will always endeavour to find out how for example, if you have an idea for custom which is extremely unique etc. and takes some time to figure out technically we may have to research accordingly before having the answer.

If you break something or have a problem we will always do our very best to help. PLEASE NOTE, replacement for breakages it at the expense of the buyer.

Operating times and days, collection of items in person

As this is a side line business, our operating times are typically UK GMT Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. All enquiries will be answered during these times (if not a weekday evening) and not outside. Collection of items in person can be arranged in certain circumstances, however please email in advance to request this option.
